Nichole Austion is an experienced marketing and communications leader who specializes in building purpose-driven brands and shaping narratives that advance equity. She has led enterprise-level brand, public affairs, and executive communications strategies across nonprofit and corporate environments, most recently as Vice President of Public Affairs at the National Math and Science Initiative.

Nichole is known for cultivating collaborative, inclusive cultures and mentoring emerging leaders. Her work centers on amplifying diverse voices, strengthening organizational reputation, and aligning communications with long-term mission and impact.
