Research shows that teacher dispositions significantly influence their practices, particularly regarding cultural, linguistic, and ethnic diversity. In language education, these dispositions encompass beliefs about language learning and attitudes toward language diversity. This study examines teacher dispositions holistically, revealing through factor analysis a nuanced relationship between beliefs about how language is learned and views on language diversity, emphasizing the complexity of teaching culturally and linguistically diverse learners.
